What age groups do you serve?
We welcome children ages 1-15, with specific classes designed for different age groups to ensure age-appropriate activities and learning.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes including toddler sensory play, process art, book art, drawing and visual art. Each class is designed to nurture creativity and build resilience.
How do I enroll my child in a class?
Enrollment is available through our website. Simply select the class you are interested in and follow the registration process.
Can I attend a trial class before enrolling?
Yes, we offer a free trial class for little heart club and heart club.
What is your policy on cancellations or make-up classes?
We understand that things come up! Please contact us at least 24 hours (one day) in advance if you need to cancel to receive a make-up class. Hello Heart credit is available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the class start date.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for siblings enrolling in the same program.
To ensure that the sibling discount is applied, please register both children together during checkout.
Are you flexible with ages?
Absolutely! Every child develops uniquely. If you have questions about whether a specific class will meet your child’s needs, please contact us.

Where do I park?
The studio is located at 564 S Brea Blvd, Brea, CA 92821. Street parking is available on Brea Blvd (in front of our studio) or in the parking garage attached to our building. Please be mindful that Brea Blvd is a busy road, and keep your child close as you approach the studio.
Do you offer drop ins?
Yes, we will be open for drop ins if session enrollment does not reach capacity.

How many caretakers can attend class (Baby and Me)?
For caretaker and child classes (Baby and Me), we ask just one caretaker, and please notify us if another caretaker would like to join in.
Can I stay with my child during the first few classes since he/she is very shy and has no experience with drop-off classes?
Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to stay with your child during the first few classes to help them feel more comfortable. We understand that some children may need a little extra support as they adjust.
Can I host a birthday party at Hello Heart Creative Studio?
Absolutely! We offer birthday party packages tailored for children ages 4-15.
We also offer a mobile birthday party that we come to your venue and bring all the joy to your venue.
How many children can attend my party?
Our premium party packages start at 10 kids (including the birthday child and siblings), with a charge of $37 for each additional child. We suggest no more than 20 attendees to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
For our mobile parties, the number of guests is unlimited! We're happy to bring the fun to your location, no matter how many guests you'd like to invite.
What should my child wear?
At Hello Heart, we embrace our colorful mess and encourage children to immerse themselves in non toxic paints and other materials. We cannot guarantee that all materials will wash out, so please dress your child in clothes that they may be growing out of or a “uniform” that they can wear each time they come.
What kind of materials do you use?
All materials are chosen to be developmentally appropriate. For children under 6, all materials are non- toxic and chosen to safely engage their senses. For elementary children, we sometimes use grown- up materials like Sharpie markers and hot glue guns to improve the quality of the work. These materials give us an opportunity to discuss safety, and develop respect and responsibility for materials.
How do you ensure the safety of my child during classes?
The safety of our students is our top priority. We maintain a clean and organized environment, and all staff members undergo background checks. We also follow appropriate safety protocols for art activities.
How can I stay updated on events and news from the studio?

Can I switch my child's class day or time?
Yes, we understand that schedules can be busy, and we're happy to accommodate a switch in day or time if needed. We kindly ask that you let us know at least one day in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments.
